Investment in Education - CVPS Donation Letter
Monday, November 22, 2021 Dear Families: At Cornell Village Public School, we strive to create an environment where youth are engaged, excited and empowered to be successful and healthy global citizens. In support of this goal, and in partnership with School Council, we would like to share our fundraising plans for the 2021-2022 year. In the past, we have been able to fund raise through various events (Cornell-a-thon, Fun Fairs), hot lunches, pizza days, movie nights, etc…). As we start to build back our school events while adhering to our Public Health guidelines, we are starting our 2021-2022 fund raising campaign with this letter - a simple callout to families, extended families and community members - to ask for donations. Since we have not engaged in any fundraising since 2018-2019, we are certainly in need this year. All funds received will go directly to the school to support our students.
